We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with strong AutoCAD and quotation/BOQ preparation skills to support our storage, racking, and warehouse solution projects. The ideal candidate should be able to understand project requirements, prepare accurate drawings, calculate quantities, and prepare complete quotations without missing materials or scope items.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

· Prepare drawings for racking, storage systems, steel structures, and warehouse solutions.

· Review project requirements, measurements, and specifications before preparing drawings and quotations.

· Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and quotations based on drawings and project requirements.

· Ensure all required materials, components, and project scope are included in quotations.

· Coordinate with the Sales, Project, and Operations teams regarding project requirements.

· Modify drawings and quotations based on client requirements and revisions.

· Identify discrepancies in measurements, drawings, quantities, or specifications before submission.

· Maintain proper drawing revisions, quotation records, and technical documentation.

· Ensure drawings and quotations are accurate and completed within deadlines.

· Provide technical support to the sales team to ensure accurate and commercially viable quotations.

 

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Drafting, or related field preferred.

· Strong AutoCAD experience is mandatory.

· Previous experience in racking, storage systems, steel structures, warehouse solutions, or similar industries is preferred.

· Proven experience in BOQ, material take-off, and quotation preparation.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Strong understanding of dimensions, quantities, materials, and project requirements.

· High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.

· Good coordination and communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, receivables & payables, bank reconciliations, support the finance team with reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

· Maintain daily sales report.

· Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.

· Prepare, verify, receipts, payments, and expense claims.

· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

· Perform bank reconciliations.

· Maintain and organize financial documents and records.

· Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports.

 

Requirements

 

1) Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

2) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

3) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

· Experience with bank and account reconciliations.

· Basic understanding of VAT/tax requirements is an advantage.

· Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data management.

We are looking for a target-oriented and proactive Sales Executive to develop new B2B business, generate leads, conduct client visits, build customer relationships, and drive sales of storage, warehouse, and racking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and market research.

· Conduct client visits, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on quotations and proposals.

· Negotiate with clients and convert qualified leads into sales.

· Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups until project closure.

· Coordinate with technical, project, and operations teams for successful project execution.

· Monitor market and competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

· B2B sales/business development experience preferred.

· Experience in storage solutions, warehouse solutions, racking, industrial products, or related industries is an advantage.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

· Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

· Ability to conduct client visits independently.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· KSA market experience and KSA  driving license are mandatory.
